HOLIDAY FEEDBACK

If you want to provide feedback about our service or about your holiday, you can write to us and we will respond if your feedback is about our service, or we will forward your feedback to the appropriate tour, ensuring your feedback arrives promptly. We'll then forward any responses just as promptly. You should send your feedback to Magna Travel Limited, Thursby House, Thursby Road, Bromborough, Merseyside, CH62 3PW. You should receive a response within 28 days in accordance with the ABTA Code of Conduct.

Call our dedicated team of Travel Consultants, with your requirements for us to create the perfect holiday. Our knowledgeable Travel Consultants will be able to advise you on all of the information you will need, including discounts, flight timings, hotel selections, prices and special offers. Advance Passenger Information (API)

Before you can travel on most holidays, you MUST provide Advance Passenger Information (API) to us, when requested to do. Our Travel Consultant will advise you at the time of booking if this is required.

If you do not provide this Advance Passenger Information (API), the airline, ferry or train operator may refuse to accept you as a passenger and you may not be eligible for a refund. Our Customer Service Team will contact you on three occasions to obtain this information.

Assisted Travel

If you or anyone you're travelling with you has a disability, has a hearing impairment, is less mobile, has a vision impairment, or is undergoing medical treatment and needs support when travelling, please tell us, our Travel Consultants can advise you which holidays will meet your needs and requirements.

Gift Vouchers

Magna Travel has a variety of gift vouchers that can be purchased and used towards any cruise holiday, flight only, hotel only or package holiday. Gift vouchers can be purchased for a colleague, family member, friend, or you can keep them for yourself.

Price Match

Before you book your holiday online, Magna Travel may be able to price match your selected holiday. For us to price match, the holiday must include the same:

• Flights (Airline, Airports, Departure Times).
• Hotel (Board Basis, Room Type).
• Transfers (Included by .Tour Operator).

Magna Travel will provide the same holiday (flights, hotel, and transfers) with the same tour operator.

Speaking Your Language

We understand our customers come from very different backgrounds and cultures, so Magna Travel understands the importance of being able to talk to our customers, no matter what language you speak. We have therefore teamed up with The Big Word to provide world class translation services for over 250 languages, all in one telephone conversation.

This service is free to all Magna Travel customers.
